The Mission: 

As a Head of Performance you will lead and scale multi-channel marketing efforts across Europe. This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who’s passionate about growth, performance, and managing high-impact teams. You'll be at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional environment, crafting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results at scale.

The Role:

• Performance Ownership: Lead and scale performance marketing activities across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.

• Strategic Leadership: Define the overall strategy, oversee budget allocation, and drive execution across 10+ markets.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists.

• Optimization & Testing: Design and execute testing frameworks, attribution models, and full-funnel optimization strategies.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, data, product, booking, and sales teams to drive end-to-end growth.

• Scalability & Tracking: Enhance automation, tracking systems, and performance reporting to support scaling efforts.

• Platform Partnerships: Collaborate directly with Meta, TikTok, and Google to identify and leverage new growth opportunities.

• Reporting: Present performance insights and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 6+ years in performance marketing, with a strong focus on optimizing CAC, maximizing ROI, and driving revenue growth.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Channel Expertise: In-depth experience managing Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and executing full-funnel growth strategies.

• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of data analysis, attribution models, and media mix optimization.

• Tools: Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, along with advanced spreadsheet capabilities.

• Communication & Mindset: Clear communicator with a strategic approach and strong execution focus.

• Languages: Fluent in English and spanish

Nice to have:

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Industry Experience: Background in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sector.

• Languages: Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, or Spanish.
