We are currently looking for a Head of Sales of the Iberian market. Our partner, a fast-growing tech company.
🚀 What we're looking for a Head of Sales that:
Your main mission is to lead and develop the commercial strategy for the Iberian market, managing existing key accounts, expanding the retail business, and driving business development in new verticals.
Externally, you are the Company Iberia representative for local media, professional networks… and internally in the company, you are the voice of the countries to translate the financial economics, the needs, ongoing activities and potential opportunities.
🔑 Key responsabilities:
- Manage a team of Key account managers
- Collaborate with local teams and HQ to align roadmaps.
- Identify new verticals and opportunities through market analysis and test & learn.
- Build business and strategic cases to validate market fit and grow customer base.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and report sales performance to management.
- Represent the company in local and global events.
🫶🏼What they expect from you:
- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on new business dev
- Delopment+3 years of managerial experience as head of sales or
- similar.
- Strong commercial skills with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
- Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
- Strong listening and analytical skills to understand client needs.
- Persuasive mindset and resilience in the face of commercial challenges.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory; Other languages is highly valued.
