What is the challenge about? 🚀

As a Product Manager, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven professional to join our Fulfillment Operations Product Team. This role will focus on building and enhancing logistics, automation, and hub operation solutions to drive exceptional efficiency and scalability. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, tech, and operations teams to develop products that optimize the speed, efficiency, and reliability of our global supply chain network.

What you'll be doing... 

You will be responsible for designing product solutions across the following functional areas:

• Logistics Management: design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions to ensure seamless inventory movement across the supply chain, covering all critical aspects of logistics.
• Quality Check (QC) Automation: collaborate with operations and engineering teams to:
  • Design workflows to identify and report QC issues upon inventory arrival, capture customer responses, and drive the resolution process.
  • Automate quality check processes to improve accuracy and speed.
  • Design and implement systems to reduce time-to-check for inbound and outbound inventory.
• Fulfillment Hub Operations: drive innovation in inventory management by developing tools for:
  • Real-time tracking and monitoring of stock within hubs.
  • Implementing smart batching algorithms to improve order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Enabling automated sortation of inventory for smooth movement across the network.
• Ultra-Fast Delivery:
  • Develop and pilot delivery models that enable ultra-fast fulfillment within minutes or hours.
  • Optimize internal hub operations to reduce order processing time, including streamlined inventory picking and staging.

The ideal candidate will have... 

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), process design practices, logistics platforms, and automation technologies.
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience: you’ve worked with engineering, data, operations, and logistics teams.
• A problem-solver with the ability to dive deep into operational challenges and develop scalable, long-term solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the initiative to engage in all stages of a project.
